Aiming at the control problem of sinking hoists with low precision of the speed adjustment and low automation, a synchronous centralized control system of platform sinking hoists based on variable-frequency adjustable-speed technology is designed and implemented. Firstly, set PLC as the centralized controller, and the PLC adjusts the hoisting height of four sinking hoists using PID synchronous strategy to keep the platform horizontal in the range of allowable error. Secondly, develop the host computer configuration software to realize the real-time monitoring of the system's running state. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the system is proved according to the field test.
