The design and implementation of large-scale digital seismic data acquisition systems are complicated. Flexible custom protocol is adopted to achieve high-speed data transmission. So how to test the performance of each module is urgent to realize. This paper presents a hardwire design of custom protocol testing module, which based on ARM processor. The testing module uses an Ethernet transceiver to transmit and receive data in physical layer. The test results show that the transmission speed of this module can reach up to 100 Mbps.
