This paper describes an implementation of recommender system to facilitate the user proactive search to find interesting products (e.g. movies in a movie store). Using an application installed on users' mobiles and client-server architecture, the mobile interacts with the recommender through its built-in communications facilities and the wireless LAN installed in shopping centers. Recommender system can infer what individual customers want and thus give those appropriate recommendations according to the user's tastes (ratings) and enhanced k-means clustering algorithm. The paper contains an overview of the system architecture and the services should be offered through a brief scenario. The entity relationship diagram, class diagram and other design decisions are reviewed. The system can be customized to be used in malls, bookstores and others.
