The evaluation of producing projects with multi-targets is executed by the methods that improve traditional TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Idea Solution) based on the entropy weight. The methods avoid multilayer optimizing processes by other maths and overcome the anamorphic effects of subjective parameter to the final result. Via the case, the advanced evaluation method supports the evaluation decision-making of producing projects of other interim productions in industry.
