Using grey system, data mining technology and radial basis function neural network, the grey system combined model and neural network, is setup, which is a effective model and the key to solve the data safety. The results show that GM is an effective way and has perfect ability to be studied and mapped in predicting data safety in the short-term period. The combined model with grey system and neural network has the properties of trend and fluctuation while the condition is combining with the time-dependent sequence data in prediction of data transmission during e-commerce activities. It is concluded that great improvement is obtained while comparing with the methods of trend prediction and simple factor in combined model of grey system and neural network.
