This paper studies the sensed data gathering system based on a wireless sensor network (WSN). We develop a novel inter-networking pattern of sensed data gathering system and the corresponding sensed data aggregating algorithm. After presenting the system architecture of the WSN sensed data gathering system and the applied networking protocols, we elaborate our WSN sensed data aggregating algorithm, which consists of two stages of initiation and self-test, as well as sensed data gathering stage. Based on the applied networking protocols, through simulation, we investigate the system performance metrics and QoS-related parameters, which valid the proposed inter-networking pattern of sensed data gathering system and the corresponding sensed data aggregating algorithm.
