Current e-learning systems are increasing their importance on many fields in higher education. However, it is a fresh start in the area of management decision of MBA course trying to take use of the innovative education method. The simulation-based e-learning system for management decision in MBA teaching has more advantages comparing with traditional methods. This article introduces the system, and discusses the effect through 106 questionnaires from two classes, and brings up some conclusions for the teaching according to the feedback from students who attend the classes.
