With the development of IT,some advanced technology have been used in medicine clinical teaching field. As for self-access learning mode (SALM), IT has played an irreplaceable role not only for teachers but for learners. The authors have investigated general learning conditions of self-access learning mode. From the investigation, the authors try their best to find out deficiencies of self-access learning mode, thus they put forward some corrective measures to improve autonomous learning ability of medical students based on self-access learning mode.
