To meet the requirements of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), a QoS guarantee mechanism based on service-oriented middleware is presented. Focus on the problem of quality of service (QoS) evaluation, a QoS evaluation algorithm based on a model of multi-dimension cloud is proposed. It evaluates quantitatively the tasks, which can make the network be scheduled properly by middleware according to the results of the evaluation. Moreover, to conquer the weakness of cloud parameters that are set by expert's experiences, the algorithm also uses benefit driven function to adjust the parameters, which can improve the accuracy of evaluation. Experimental results show the algorithm can improve the execution efficiency of tasks and can extend the network lifetime effectively.
