This paper describes a general method for constructing consonance sets based on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov goodness-of-fit statistic. The method is applied to constructing consonance sets for two widely applicable distributions in reliability, the 2-parameter Weibull and exponential distributions. The paper concludes with a numerical example.
