Spatial information has been very influential to environment manager. Especially to disaster response, spatial information are more influential cause the pressure of space, time, and resources. In the past the research on spatial information system mostly focused on the technical field or limited on one specific function of the entire disaster management activity. More attention is needed to pay to the whole system of disaster management since it involves with more organizations, more accountabilities and more shared resources. This study put forward an analysis method to disaster response oriented spatial information requirement basing on project management principle.
