Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) is the next generation of sensor network and the research of network topology optimization has the important meaning for present and future. By making full use of the information about the node position and energy, the WSNs topology algorithm based on immune principle is proposed in this paper, and the simulation results show that this algorithm improves the performance and efficiently delay the occurrence time of dead nodes, and effective prolongs the network lifetime.
