This paper, to solve the MINLP (mixed integer nonlinear programming) problems, presents an improved algorithm of PSO (particle swarm optimization). The main contribution of the improved algorithm includes: new migration strategy was proposed and the velocity update strategy was replaced by a new one. Experiments show that the new algorithm has better results and more effective than others.
