The thrust vector control (TVC) system is mechanical power equipment of solid propellant rocket motor. Components of TVC have been produced elasto-plastic contact deformation under loads. The contact problem is belonged to boundary non-linear problem and has no analytical solution. Thus, the method to solve contact problem of TVC joints is 3D modeling by Pro/E, analysis by ANSYS and simulation ground cold test condition. In this paper, the integration of CAD/CAE is realized and combined without losing any information. The more precise theoretic data is provided for TVC system advanced researching. The more highly effective, economical and the practical method for the design to TVC system are provided.
