The major problem in after-sales services of heavy-duty automobile industry is analyzed, and a after services collaborated management integrated platform based on ASP mode is put forward. The system structural and functional model of this platform is also introduced. Supported by Web service technology, the framework of ASP mode is established, and the integration of produce process information and after-sales services process information is realized. The answer pace and quality of after-sales services is greatly improved.
