This essay discusses the modeling methods of material flow and supply chain in e-commerce and Petri net. With the application of Petri Net, a powerful instrument in analysis and modeling, conceptual models of material flow and supply chain in e-commerce can be transferred into an equivalent Petri net model. From that, the quality of supply chain model in e-commerce can be concluded, and dynamic simulation in the realization process of e-commerce supply chain can also be better validated from the level of conceptual models.
