Structural equation model is required to calculate customer satisfaction index, however, the current algorithms of structural equation model have some deficiencies which need to be improved. In this paper, we improve the algorithm of structural equation model, we figure out a suitable iterative initial value of partial least squares to enhance the convergence rate greatly, in addition, we give itpsilas definite algorithm.
