It contains a large number of historical data worth of re-utilizing in GIS after long-time application and accumulation. But due to the diversity of spatial data format it is difficult to make data sharing. In order to realize the seamless access and management of multi-source spatial data in different formats, a key technology of GIS data reconstruction, translating and managing technology of multisource-GIS data is put forward in the paper. The three-tier architecture of the technology is described in detail that includes data inputs, data links and symbols associated. Finally, the realization scheme is given.
