One fundamental issue is target classification and taxis in selecting and striking target, which is the crucial link of combined firepower strike. It is the core problem of winning the victory of combined operation to how to grade the target system. This paper establishes the model of target classification and taxis by using the methodologies of grey decision-making and grey relevancy, and an example is given to validate the model.
