Probabilistic relational databases (PDB) have extended from the relational database model by incorporating probability measures to capture the data uncertainty associated with data items. There are many useful applications have been studied such as consolidation the results of market surveys for many major industries; improving Internet comparison shopping; consolidating crime-fighting information from different witnesses. In BioCom'08, we have applied the probabilistic relational database techniques to the area of biomedical informatics. In this paper, we further present a software system development for probabilistic relational database web-based applications and services. Our discussions are focused on more biomedical informatics applications such as disease analysis, control and prevention; data mining and discovery on medical records; hospital information management.
