The frequency response of a typical resistance‐capacitance coupled voltage amplifier has been theoretically analyzed and the result compared with that given by Terman. The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods have been illustrated both mathematically and graphically. A solution to the phase‐shift problem at any frequency considered has been included.
