Corrections to and comments on "optimization of urban optical wireless communication systems"

This letter addresses the optimization of optical wireless communication systems by refining the model of [1], solving the revised model, and showing the effects of the new model on system performance in terms of the bit error probability, required transmitter power, and required transmitter gain.
