Most enterprises face the challenge to reduce personnel cost, since enterprises spend a lot of money on it. This paper studies the classifying method of personnel with the purpose to minimize the cost and avoid risk. It presents an evaluation classifying approach based on integration of quantitative models with subjective evaluation for the classification. At last the AS Corporationpsilas case demonstrates that the method is feasible.
