Based on the study of MATLAB/RTW function,a hardware-in the loop experiment simulation system is designed. In this platform, data transmission between practical process and MATLAB workshop was carried out by an I/O card supported by MATLAB, so that the practical system was imported to the simulation loop, the integration of system modelling, analysis, digital simulation and goal realization is realized. The teaching and research contents, just as automatic control technology, detecting element, actuating mechanism, controlled object and so on can be merged into one integral whole based on this platform, comprehensive experiments can be establish. In the end, an experiment taking the electric cup as the controlled object based on fuzzy control method is fulfilled. The simulation result shows that the system has good real-time performance, parameters can be modified on online .The platform can be widely used in control theory experimental teaching or control system design.
