The traditional Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) with fixed nodes canpsilat server the newly demand any more. For adapting to the future sensor network, we proposed a novel Multi-tier mobile network architecture; studied the problems of instability of network and high-fraction of event loss caused by the mobility of tiered nodes and mobile Fusion (F) node routes for data collection. For computing mobile F node routes, we proposed the squares-grid movement control model. Based on this model, a small quantity of F nodes is deployed in monitor area for partition data-collection. The work cycle of F nodes included three phases. In the first phase, F nodes moved along the predefined routes for mobile localization. Then, F nodes enforced the grid-clustering algorithm to determine the best collection-position. Finally, nodes traversed every collection-position and served as cluster-head to collect sensor data. Form the Simulation results; it obviously indicated that F node can collect network data timely and effectively based on this movement control policy, the proposed model provides a good solution of the problem of instable communication and high-fraction of event loss caused by Multi-tier mobile network, it extremely suits for the large-scale WSN.
