The production of dies is order-oriented and the tools needed in the die producing process such as cutters and aiguilles change with the difference of productive task. In this paper, the management problems of tool storage requirement forecast were dealt using fuzzy under uncertainty. Fuzzy mathematic model of storage management with fuzzy parameters was reduced, then the ambiguity solution and tool needed forecast were disposed by fuzzy graded mean integration representation method. After tryout in the practical management of the tool storage in one auto dies company, it shows that the method play proper role in the tool storage management in the dies company.
