A Knowledge Framework to Search Similar Disease Patterns using Data Mining is presented in this paper. The framework termed as Doctor's Desk is a customizable, general clinical diagnosis data capturing system in a parameterized format with support for preparing the data in a suitable format for data mining purposes. Here, two classification methods are investigated and analyzed for patient classification and similar disease patterns search based on clinical diagnosis data captured through the Doctor's Desk system.
