This paper presents a new blind adaptive receiver for the multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) antennas system, with space-time block code (ST-BC). First, we extend the signal model of the frequency flat channel to the multipath fading channel for the MIMO-CDMA system with ST-BC. The new proposed scheme is based on the linearly constrained constant modulus (LCCM) criterion. To reduce the complexity of the adaptive receiver design, the framework of the generalized sidelobe canceller (GSC) associated with the recursive least squares (RLS) algorithm is adopted for implementing the proposed LCCM MIMO-CDMA receiver, followed by Capon-like channel estimator. Computer simulations verify the advantages of the proposed scheme, compared with the conventional blind Capon MIMO-CDMA receiver, based on the LCMV (LC minimum variance) criterion. It is more robust against inaccuracies in the acquisition of the desired user's timing.
