The traditional method of flow measuring has some shortcomings, which is difficult to accurately measure data. In view of this issue, this paper proposes a new design method of wind speed measuring device, which includes the design principle, impeller design, sensors heat insulation design and assembly design of the measuring device. The measurement devices are verified through wind tunnel test. The experimental data show that this new measuring devices can more accurately measure the flow of pulverized coal, which can be done online control of boiler combustion.
