As the basis of wireless sensor networks (WSNs), the energy-efficient coverage control is a critical research topic, which focuses on researches about sensing model of individual node, cooperative processing and deployment strategy of multiple targets, so as to improve the monitoring quality while decreasing energy consumption and prolonging lifetime dramatically. This paper proposes a new algorithm based on data mining method to explicitly acquire the cooperative relations between sensor nodes and targets monitored in energy-efficient way. This algorithm, via dynamic network scheduling, chooses part of nodes to constitute an integrated team that meets the requirement of complete targets coverage along with low energy consumption. As well as the coverage requirement is fully guaranteed, the energy consumption of sensor nodes and network could be significantly decreased and the lifetime is sure to be prolonged ultimately.
