A 2.2V 200mW 3GHz Ring Oscillator Based Waveform

This work presents a periodic arbitrary waveform generator based on a ring oscillator structure implemented in a 0.13 mum SiGe BiCMOS technology. Using 16 delay stages with control programmable weighted currents, the proposed waveform generator can output 3 GHz periodic waveforms.
