A Class E half-wave low di/dt rectifier is analyzed when it operates from half to twice the resonant frequency. Relationships are derived for circuit parameters, when the rectifier is driven by a sinusoidal voltage source. Theoretical and simulation results are in good agreement. An R-C circuit was added to damp the ringing due to the diode junction capacitance
