Distribution center is a bridge connecting providers and clients. It plays an important role in logistics system. This paper put forward the least cost and the shortest time allocation models of materials distribution center. The integrated measure allocation models of materials distribution center considering the time and the cost together is built and a solution flow to the least cost and the shortest time model is present finally.
