This paper aims to achieve intelligent dynamic management on quality of service (QoS) in mobile communication networks. Due to the advantages in knowledge discovery, variable precision rough set (VPRS) theory is used as a management technology of network operations. In this paper, we establish models based on VPRS to obtain the diagnosis rules, the significance of the indices, the ß-stable intervals, and dynamic updates of the knowledge in the mobile communication networks. Finally, an example is presented to illustrate the proposed models.
