Based on the business process of resource management, this paper analyses spatial-temporal characteristics, and establishes the AAES spatial-temporal data model. This model is composed of 6 tuples, which include the agent set, the agent-state set, the branching spatial data model based on point sets, the branching spatial data model based on points, the branching temporal data model and the relations among these data sets. Based on the AAES spatial-temporal data model, the paper analyses the business process in resource management companies and the spatial-temporal traits in the process, and designs the AAES spatial-temporal data model according to the theory of the object-relation model.
