Along with rapid development of manufacturing informatization, the present quality management system is difficult to support the current requirements of digitized design and manufacturing, which includes the weakness as: the quality data managing mode is behindhand, the quality management information has few information flow interface with other systems, the information exchange is still going on with paper medium. This paper proposes a five tiers platform for the quality management system. For the multi-requirement in the quality information inputting, propose a dynamic table technology by use word as information collection station, establish a mapping between the collection information and field in the database. To implement the task flow between the work stations, propose a method to rebuild workflow engine. Encapsulate the quality information by using XML. Make XML file flow through maintenance a file ID on the file server. By this way, workflow engine can satisfy the requirement of the increasing quality information.
