This paper presents a systematic (48, 32) code constructional method and gives a illustration of the method. The systematic (48, 32) code is for a specified number of data bits, k is 32 and the number of check bits r is 16, which can correct double errors and detect all triple-random errors, and is suitable for applications to computer memories or digital communication.
