The human factors issues in software engineering are very serious, so to start the research of human factor analysis is urgent and important. Software itself is the aggregate of knowledge. And the whole software development process is full of knowledge. We analyze the knowledge in each stage of software engineering and knowledge errors caused by human factor in this paper. We did some interview and investigation, and discussed some primary management measures for these human factors.
