Post is the joint between employees and production /management activities of enterprise. The knowledge demand of employees in work is closely related with their post. Firstly, for meeting the post knowledge demand of employees, a construction frame of e-learning system meeting post knowledge demand was put forward. Secondly, three subprocesses in the proposed construction frame were illuminated in detail. Finally, the application and effectiveness of the mentioned construction was explained via an instance. By the application effect contrast between e-learning system meeting post knowledge demand and general e-learning system, it is proved that e-learning system meeting post knowledge demand can accelerate knowledge transfer of enterprise and improve the work efficiency of employees and the performance of enterprise.
