We experimentally demonstrate a dispersion-tolerant scheme of generating 100-Gb/s/channel using optical carrier suppression and separation technique and RZ-DQPSK modulation using readily available mature technologies. Error-free transmission of 10times100-Gb/s with 100-GHz DWDM channel spacing is achieved over 300-km SMF-28 and four in-line, cascaded ROADM nodes.
