Two systems were used for imaging. The first was a combined optical coherence tomography(OCT)/laser induced fluorescence(LIF) instrument, with a 1310 center wavelength OCT source and a 633 nm He:Ne laser for excitation of the Cy5.5 dye. The OCT and LIF channels were combined into a 2 mm diameter endoscope.
