Decision support system (DSS) can use technical means to help people accessing, storing, sharing, using and innovating knowledge, to provide decisions based on knowledge for managers, and to improve the decision-making level of management and make decision more scientific, but in the decision support system, the mining and reuse of the tacit knowledge which is crucial to enterprise often be overlooked. In this paper, the decision support system of enterprise on the basis of tacit knowledge management was constructed, the policy makers can share and innovate tacit knowledge more convenient in the knowledge sharing platform, and make decision with tacit knowledge.
