Based on the theory of core competence, the paper applies intellectual capital theory to analyzing construction enterprise's core competence and constructs the index system from the point of intellectual capital. Further, drawing on the method of analytic hierarchy process and information entropy of fuzzy matter-element, this article establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, it makes an empirical research with an example and gives its suggestions.
