Along with the development of electronic commerce and mobile communication technology, the mobile electronic commerce is becoming the most important content of mobile application. This article advances a new taxi charging system based on mobile electronic commerce, that is to locate the origin and destination of a taxi trip by GSM and then calculate the taxi fee by a new charging model , and realize the mobile payment, so that achieve the goal of reducing the traffic pressure.
