Remote control becomes the mobile phone's important application field. This article introduces a scheme which uses mobile phone to control power point play in computer. So, lecturer doesn't need to turn back to the dais to leaf over the power point, thus he can communication with the audience without interrupt. This article design and implement mobile remote control system , which uses Bluetooth technology and the JNI technology to control the windows system's function. As the result showed, the remote control system is effective and feasible.
