Virtual enterprise, as one of the most important and novel organization paradigm in global manufacturing, is increasingly being focused. On the basis of analysis the problem of vehicle routing in virtual enterprise, a multi-agent-based vehicle routing model is proposed. In the work, we use an autonomy vehicle intelligent agent which can improve the problem solving ability of the system. Then a discussion is conducted on negotiation mechanism between agents.
