Along with the development of mobile communication systems, it is important to integrate massive heterogeneous data and provide flexible and seamless services. Based on related work, we proposed a novel mobile data management architecture model combined with ontology, service and agent. We discussed the architecture of this model, analyzed the key technologies, and pointed out the existent issues. At last we made a conclusion and put forward future work. The model MDMMBSO can provide mobile data service effectively, integrate heterogeneous distributed data, manage mobile data and provide business interface in a unified form. Furthermore, it can be reasonable and feasible to provide a seamless mobile data management.
