This paper proposes a static and dynamic model of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell, based on static-dynamic decomposition and voltage rebuilding. The static part is an implementation of an equivalent empirical function. The dynamic part is based on an equivalent electrical circuit. The parameters of the model are deduced from measurements of polarization curve and electrochemical impedance. The direct link between parameters and physical phenomena allows us to study the aging effect on fuel cell performance.
