Cooperative Petition Processing Model Based on Dynamic Workflow Management

Analysing the need of developing petition processing system's internal cooperation of letter processing among departments, external cooperation of mutual exchange between government and urban people, and automatic cooperation of information integration with heterogeneous systems, the authors put forward a cooperative petition processing model and based on this model realize cooperative petition processing system which can achieve dynamic workflow management, suit custom built and expansion need of petition and possess a control mechanism to discover and solve abnormal processing situations. More than two years' applications prove this cooperative processing model and control mechanism to be workable and effective.
