In order to measure the influence degree that those factors played on real estate price, the influencing factors of real estate market is deeply discussed firstly. The data of real estate market in Wuhan City was collected based on the research. The correlations between influencing factors and real estate price were analyzed with SPSS 16.0 and the decision system which was made of influencing factors that have strong correlations with real estate price index was constructed. In the decision system, fuzzy measure base on dominance-based rough sets approach was used to measure the importance of every factor and discuss the interdependence of all two factors, then policy suggestions was put forward.
